          若出現誤差偏大,積算器顯示不亮或不增值,顯示器空白位等現象,其原因:
          a.安裝不規范,可直接導致流量計零漂,如質量流量計安裝在泵出口處較近,傳感器支撐強度不夠,連接法蘭焊接不當產生應力信號,電纜受電磁干擾。
          b.接線問題
          若出現顯示器不亮現象,應檢查積算器電源連線,若出現保險絲被燒,應確認輸入電壓與標準電壓標稱值,交直流形式是否*。又若出現積算器不隨流量增加時,應檢查積算器接線,若積算器裝有正/反向程序,應檢查流量計接線,因流量計接線不正確,會使積算器在反向流時不遞增。
          c.工藝介質變化
          若測量介質出現夾氣,氣化或兩相流等現象,變送器會出現報警顯示,嚴重時,傳感器停止工作。
          d.變送器失效。
          e.傳感器失效。
          f.管道吹掃問題。
